Assembly Connect is a collaboration of employers and property owners in partnership with the Mystic View Task Force and the City of Somerville, Massachusetts. We are community representatives who seek to provide sustainable transportation solutions to reduce traffic and enhance the quality of life, accessibility, and economic vitality of the greater Assembly Square neighborhood.

NorthEase Consulting Group is a woman-owned and operated Transportation Demand Management (TDM) consulting firm. The firm specializes in three practice areas - TMA development and management; Municipal TDM planning; and Corporate Institutional TDM program development and support. 

Stephanie Le, Assistant Director of Marketing and Programs

Stephanie Le is a Somerville native and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a degree in Marketing. During her time in college she had the opportunity to study abroad in Germany, as well as participate in the Disney College Internship Program. She has over 10 years in the Customer Service Field and has worked in the Transportation Demand Management industry since 2016. She started her journey in TDM while working for TranSComm TMA at Boston University Medical Campus. Stephanie has joined Assembly Connect under NorthEase Consulting Group as their Program Manager for Assembly Square.

Madelyn Langley joined the NorthEase Consulting Group team as Marketing and Program Coordinator for Assembly Connect in July 2023. Madelyn graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in Marketing. Living in the city, she embraces transit as her primary mode of transportation sparking her interest in TDM. Prior to joining the NorthEase team, Madelyn completed internships with staffing agency’s in downtown Boston.

Board of Directors

Sarah Forde Rogers, Senior Director of Development, Federal Realty

As Senior Director of Development for Federal Realty, Sarah oversees the entitlement, permitting, design, construction, and delivery of mixed-use projects in the firm’s northeast portfolio.  Currently,Sarah is managing multiple projects throughout New England, including Assembly Row Block 7A (Somerville, MA), a 7-story, 350K SF lab building with ground floor retail.  Prior to joining Federal Realty in 2019, Sarah was a Director of Development at Brookfield Properties (formerly Forest City) in Washington, DC for twelve years. While with Brookfield, Sarah worked on The Yards, a project consisting of 6.5M SF of riverfront development on 48 acres in southeast DC.  Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the College of the Holy Cross. 

 

Jay Phillips, Corporate Director of Real Estate Services, Systems & Analytics, Mass General Brigham
Mr. Phillips is a real estate, operations and capital projects executive with over 30 years of experience in the higher education, health care, and banking sectors. He specializes in IP-Base building systems, energy engineering and sustainable design and operations. Mr. Phillips has participated in extensive leadership training at Harvard University and the renowned Society for Information Management's Regional Leadership Forum.

Brad Rawson, Director Transportation and Infrastructure, City of Somerville Brad Rawson serves the City of Somerville, MA as Director of Mobility within the Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning & Community Development. He is a community planner by training, and has spent more than eighteen years in local and regional government. During twelve years of service in Somerville, Brad has worked in geographic information systems, economic development, long-range and regulatory planning, transportation, infrastructure, public space and urban forestry planning. Since 2015 his team has delivered Somerville’s first dedicated bus lanes, first protected bike facilities, inaugural Vision Zero Action Plan, and has served as primary staff support for the MBTA Green Line Extension light rail project.

Wig Zamore, Mystic View Task Force Board of Directors 

Wig Zamore is a driving force behind transformative urban development and equitable transportation initiatives. A MIT graduate with extensive postgraduate studies, Wig co-founded grassroots organizations like Mystic View Task Force and Somerville Transportation Equity Partnership (STEP), spearheading projects like the GLX light rail extensions. With 50,000+ volunteer hours, his work seamlessly integrates land use, transport, environment, and health. A seasoned consultant in real estate development, Wig's leadership extends to pivotal roles at Logan Airport CAC, MBTA Rider Oversight Committee, and as a respected lecturer at prestigious universities. Notably, Wig has earned EPA recognition for environmental merit and multiple awards for urban design and economic development.

 

Daniel Wells, Director of Property Management, BioMed Realty

Daniel Wells is a director of property management at BioMed Realty covering the Somerville, Watertown, and Cambridgeport assets.  Daniel has 10 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on laboratory campuses and high rise office buildings. Previously, Daniel served as an officer in the United States Army from 2005 through 2013.
