Office Hours for Cyclists
Assembly residents and employees are invited to attend Assembly Connect x NEMO Office Hours for Cyclists held monthly from 12PM - 2PM on the ground level of Canal Street Garage and various other locations throughout Assembly. Refer to the calendar at the bottom of the page for specific days, times, and locations. During these office hours, you can register for a complimentary bike tune-up, seek advice on bike features, discover tips for winterizing your bike, receive personalized recommendations for routes suitable for your riding comfort level, and gain insights on recommended gear and more - all for free!
Emergency Roadside Assistance
Assembly employees and residents enrolled in our Emergency Ride Home program can rely on NEMO in case of an emergency. A bike technician will meet you within 45 minutes to assist with getting you back on the road. This service is provided free of charge for minor roadside repairs like tube replacement, chain issues, and more. Please note that emergency roadside assistance is exclusively available within the NEMO service area. Sign up on TripConnect to receive your free NEMO voucher! Whether you're biking for commuting, recreation, or errands, rest assured that assistance is just a call away.
Service Area
Whether on the side of a road, at the office/school, or at home, NEMO will come to you anywhere within their Service Area. NEMO serves Cambridge, Somerville, Allston, Cleveland Circle, most of Boston, Brookline, and Brighton.
