MBTA Residential Pass Program
NEW Residents of Assembly Row residential properties are eligible to receive a FREE MBTA Link pass for two-months!
Eligible NEW Assembly Residents will receive a FREE unlimited MBTA Link pass for two-months, which will be unlimited for the Bus and Subway.
Interested residents must contact their leasing office for additional information or register for the program and complete the form on TripConnect. Once your form is received, an Assembly Connect member will be in touch.
** PLEASE NOTE: This is currently a pilot program with a limited number of passes available per residential property. Please be sure to register ASAP to add your name to the list and we will notify you upon approval and availability.
JOIN THE MBTA RESIDENTIAL PASS PROGRAM
Eligible NEW Assembly Residents must:
1. Register & Claim this incentive on TripConnect.
2. Complete the form. Assembly Connect will review your request. If eligible, we will send you a follow up email with pick up information.
3. Log your MBTA trips monthly on TripConnect’s Dashboard page.
*MBTA passes will be distributed to eligible residents prior to the 1st of each month, and residents must apply for this program before the 20th to receive the pass by the beginning of the following month. Residents will receive an MBTA pass that will be active for two months following the first of their designated start month. Residents may not use their pass until the first of their designated start month. Any abuse or misuse will result in termination of Assembly Connect's MBTA Pass Subsidy Program.*
Assembly Connect MBTA Residential Pass Program Terms and Conditions:
NEW residents of Assembly Residential Buildings (Alloy, Revolution, AVA, Avalon, Miscela, and Montaje) are eligible for the Assembly Connect MBTA Residential Pass Program.
Assembly Connect will provide eligible participants with a free unlimited MTBA Link pass to use on the bus and subway for two months.
MBTA passes will be distributed prior to the 1st of each month.
Participants must register via TripConnect and agree to log their trips taken to and from Assembly Square on the TripConnect "Dashboard" page. In order to be eligible for your next month’s pass, you must have logged trips for the month prior.
Residents may enroll in the program at any time; however, if the program is at capacity, participants will be added to a waiting list and contacted once a spot becomes available.
If a participant terminates their lease/contract with their Assembly Residential Building during their program period, the participant must notify Assembly Connect ASAP. Once a participant is no longer a resident at Assembly Square, their MBTA pass will be void and will no longer be active.
If a participant loses their MBTA pass, please notify Assembly Connect to provide a replacement pass.
Assembly Connect reserves the right to verify your eligibility with your residential property management.
Assembly Connect reserves the right to limit the number of participants in the program and make changes to the program at any time.
Those who have participated in the MBTA Residential Pass Program and who have received two months of subsidies from Assembly Connect, are not eligible to re-enroll.
